Home of His Own

I just got my cover for Home of His Own...Tony's story. It's in the official editing stage, so it's getting closer to being released. :)

What do you all think?

It looks wonderful. Can't wait until it's released. Once you get the cover how long does it take to do the final editing and printing? Or is the cover art unrealted to the release date?

I'm gone next week to a weaving camp. When I realized that I would be sans hubby in Afghanistan and you- I raced out a bought a new laptop. YES! I can't be without for an entire week! That would be cruel and unusual punishment-lol

Yvonne,

have fun at your weaving camp. :)

I hope everything is going well for your husband.

A lot of times, getting the cover is unrelated to how soon the book comes out. My editor and I are supposed to have the edits done in about thirty days. We usually get them done earlier. So I'm thinking it might be out in April or May. Because after we're done with it, it needs to go to a line proofer who checks it and makes sure we didn't miss anything. :) Not sure...it could be earlier than that.

The Vanguard's cover has been done far longer than the edits or anything. The covers really depend on how busy the artist is at the time and when they can fit my book into their schedule. :)

I love the cover and can't wait for the story. April and May will be long waits. Sigh!
